A Solutions Provider company based out of Ashburn, Va that helps clients in industry and government use Information Technology to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
We are currently looking for an experienced IT/Help Desk Technician to work on a 5 month contract imaging servers at Ft. Lee. This contract starts on May 1st.
The Distribution Technicians will be responsible for transportation, installation and configuration of the units to the users. The technician will have adequate knowledge in software installation, operating system configuration, network connectivity, peripheral configuration, and system patching.
Applicant must also pass the IAT Level I user test within the first week of employment. The test is administered through a .mil system at Ft Lee.
Successful candidates will have strong PC & Network troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve basic to advanced hardware, software, and connectivity problems quickly.
Must have strong customer relations skills.
Help desk experience is also a plus.
Certifications in A+ and MCP are a plus
Experience with Windows Vista is a plus
